1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the initial advance payment.
- Confirmation is subject to availability of hotels, houseboats, transport, and other services at the time of booking.
- Gulmarg Water Lilly Tours reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request.
2. Payment Policy
- 50% advance required to secure the booking.
- Remaining 50% to be paid before the start of the tour or upon arrival, as advised.
- Payment methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, or Cash.
- All payments must be cleared before check-out from the hotel/houseboat.
3. Pricing & Inclusions
- Package cost includes only the services mentioned in the final itinerary.
- Entry fees, adventure sports, union cabs (Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgam), pony rides, rafting, ski gear, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Prices may vary due to season, hotel availability, fuel charges, or government taxes.
4. Hotels & Houseboats
- Standard check-in and check-out times apply.
- Room allotment is managed by the hotel/houseboat as per availability.
- Any damage to hotel/houseboat property by the guest must be paid directly to the property.
5. Transportation
- Vehicles are provided according to group size (Sedan/Innova/Tempo Traveller, etc.).
- The vehicle will follow the travel route and sightseeing plan fixed in the itinerary.
- Drivers are not permitted to drive between hill stations during late-night hours for safety reasons.
- For certain destinations, local union taxis are mandatory and must be hired separately by travelers.
6. Itinerary & Sightseeing
- The company may modify the itinerary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Security restrictions
- Unavoidable circumstances
- Sightseeing depends on road conditions and operational possibilities.
- Time duration at each location is as per cab timings and local regulations.
7. Personal Belongings & Safety
- Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
- The company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to luggage, mobiles, cameras, or valuables.
- Adventure activities (skiing, trekking, rafting, ATV, snow biking, zipline, etc.) are done at guest’s own risk.
8. Health & Fitness
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions before the tour.
- High-altitude destinations (Sonamarg, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, etc.) require good physical fitness.
- The company will not be responsible for health issues arising from altitude, weather, or travel fatigue.
9. Behavior & Conduct
- Guests must maintain respectful behavior towards drivers, guides, hotel staff, and locals.
- Any unlawful behavior may lead to termination of services without refund.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations apply as per the Cancellation Policy of Gulmarg Water Lilly Tours.
- Refunds are processed only through the same mode of payment.
- No refunds for:
- Early check-out
- Unused services
- Missed sightseeing due to weather/traffic/health issues
11. Liability & Limitations
Gulmarg Water Lilly Tours is not responsible for:
- Weather problems, natural calamities, strikes, roadblocks, or political disturbances.
- Loss due to third-party services (airlines, hotel unions, taxi unions).
- Delays or changes caused by government orders or local restrictions.
- Extra expenses due to unforeseen circumstances.
12. Amendments & Updates
- The company may update Terms & Conditions at any time.
- The latest version will apply to all new bookings.
13. Acceptance of Terms
